What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what we do not do with it.
What we collect
When you submit an order enquiry or the contact form we store the name, phone number, email address and delivery address you enter, along with the products you asked about. That is the information our team needs to call you back and quote you.
If you subscribe to stock updates we store your email address and nothing else.
The website does not run advertising trackers, and we do not build behavioural profiles of visitors.
Why we keep it
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, raise a GST invoice, arrange delivery and handle any warranty claim afterwards. Indian tax law requires us to retain invoice records, so completed sales are kept for as long as that obligation lasts.
Enquiries that do not become orders are removed once they are no longer useful to either of us.
Who else sees it
Our staff, and a courier when your order ships. We do not sell or rent customer information to anyone.
No card or bank details are ever entered on this website, so we never hold them.
Cookies
Your quote basket and recently viewed products are stored in your own browser, not on our servers. Signing in to the staff CMS sets a session cookie. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
Your choices
Write to info@joharcomputers.com or call 0172-5019922 and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not legally required to keep it.
