Submitting the checkout form creates an enquiry with a reference number. It is not a completed sale. Our team confirms stock and the final price with you before anything is payable.

Prices and availability on this website can change without notice, and occasional listing errors happen. Where a price is clearly wrong we will tell you before taking payment rather than quietly cancelling.

No payment is taken on this website. After the confirmation call we send a payment link, UPI request or bank details, or you can pay at the counter by card, UPI or cash.

Goods remain our property until payment clears in full.

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty for the stated period. Bring the item and its invoice to the showroom and we will raise the claim with the brand on your behalf.

Warranty does not cover physical damage, liquid damage, damage from unstable power, or failures caused by modification. Assembly work we carried out is covered by us.

Where you supply the parts list, we will flag any incompatibility we spot before assembling. Responsibility for the final specification choice remains yours.

Builds using components bought elsewhere are accepted for assembly, but the individual parts stay under their own seller's warranty.

These terms are governed by Indian law, and disputes fall under the courts at Chandigarh.
