Where we deliver, how long it takes and what it costs.
Collection from the showroom
Free, and usually the fastest option. Collect from SCF 5, Sector 15-C, Chandigarh 160015, monday to saturday 10:30 - 20:00. We will hold a confirmed order for three working days.
Tricity delivery
Chandigarh, Mohali, Panchkula and Zirakpur are usually delivered the same or next working day once the order is confirmed and paid.
Rest of India
We ship nationwide by courier. Metro destinations typically take two to four working days, other locations four to seven. Charges depend on weight, dimensions and destination, and we confirm the exact figure on the call before dispatch rather than estimating it here.
Large items such as cabinets and monitors are shipped with additional protection, which affects the cost.
On delivery
Check the outer packaging before you accept it. If it is visibly damaged, refuse the shipment or note the damage with the courier and tell us the same day, so we can claim against the courier rather than argue about it later.
Tracking
We send the tracking number by WhatsApp or email as soon as the courier collects. Quote your order reference if you need an update, or call 0172-5019922.
